ABA Index is committed to protecting visitor privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

ABA Index does not require account registration and does not collect names, emails, or other personally identifying information directly. Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, and timestamps — used solely for performance monitoring and abuse prevention.

Cookies and analytics

ABA Index does not run analytics scripts and does not set cookies. You can browse every page without any client-side tracking.

Advertising

ABA Index does not currently display third-party advertisements and does not share visitor information with any advertising partner. If advertising is ever introduced, this policy will be updated first.

Third-party links

ABA Index links to USAC, the FCC, state portals, and individual carrier websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Read their privacy policies directly.

Your choices

You can use private/incognito browsing or a privacy-focused browser to further limit what technical data our servers log. To request deletion of any data associated with your IP address, email privacy@abaindex.com.
